heys! great tut..clearly explained! ^^ just one question, how did u make a photo or in this case the girl more contrasted? i've seen this contrast look in many of the photomanipulations but i can't seem to figure out how.. any ideas? thanx! ^^ n keep it up!!

well, you can boost the contrast/brightness in the adjustments menu. In this case I just added more blue to the layer of the woman to match the overall blue feel of the background

i used your technique!! w00t!

to begin with i had helens (the girls name!) face soft and i was like "why doesnt it look right?" it pissed me off for ages, then i realised i had to make the background soft too >_<

but yeh.....thanks for your help :)
