He's pointing at the sound guy on the far left side of the stage. Billy was not happy with something sound related throughout the night. During MCIS when the stage was cleared except for the keyboard & violin girls billy was ripping into the sound guy. This moment occured 15-20 minutes after that..I got the impression when I was there that it was sarcastic and continuing to give him a hard time, but I dunno...maybe he's giving him props for fixing whatever was messed up...tough to say for sure. He was definitely pissed at him not long before this pic though. Link}
